Upcoming Event: Mark McGurl Visits Duke University

NOVEL is excited to announce that Mark McGurl from Standford University will be giving a talk titled "Being and Time-Management: Fictions of Consumer Consciousness in the Long Age of Amazon" on October 12 from 5-7 p.m. in 314 Allen Building.

McGurl is the author of The Program Era: Postwar Fiction and the Rise of Creative Writing.
